What happens after I sign up?

You create your Yep AI account, confirm your email, tell us about your store, then install Yep AI from the Shopify App Store. Your AI Employees read your catalogue, policies and order data on their own, and you are live in under 10 minutes.

When am I charged?

Not today. Your first 14 days are free. We email you two days before the trial ends, and billing only starts on day 14 if you keep it. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Do I need a card to start?

You add a payment method when you start, and Shopify stores can use the card already on their Shopify account, so there is nothing new to enter.

Do I need a developer?

No. Yep AI installs from the Shopify App Store. There is nothing to script and nothing to code.
